About Sean

I graduated university at the age of twenty. Having never lived outside of the States I decided to leave and not return for a while. I am guilty of letting the idea of travel capture my imagination. Now have a bad case of wonder lust and a travel bucket-list. It includes 100 items, events, and random challenges. I want to see how many things I can cross off in five years. Right now, I teach English in Seoul.

Hey, Like the blog so far. I’m doing the same thing from the UK, although not quite there yet 😦

    • I’m glad to hear that you enjoy the blog! Keep me posted about coming to Korea. I’d really like to write a post for British citizens.

Just waiting for an offer at the moment, so I’ll be posting all updates on my blog. Just coming up with random stuff to write about until I actually have a position to post on :/ How long did it take for you to get an offer?

      • Gotcha. It was about two months I was offered something. It took that long because I was waiting for documents to process. Don’t worry, you’ll get offered something. There are teachers constantly leaving this country. Where in Korea do you want to move to?

    Hi,
Would you be interested in trading guest blog post on our blog, http://onetravelbloggers.com/? We are a blog whose audience enjoys reading anything about travel (e.g. “Best spots in Philly”, “Top 10 beaches in Spain”, “How to travel around Tokyo on a budget”, etc). And, of course, you’ll receive a FOLLOWED link to your blog or page of your choice.
Please let me know if you’re interested. I think you’d be a great fit with our audience, and we’d also like to talk with you about other partnerships.

Good to meet you in this morning’s MatadorU New Student Orientation. Looking over your blog… what an amazing experience and opportunity you have to teach in Korea. I taught English in Beijing in 1985-86. I hope you get to your 100 bucket list in the next 5 years. Fantastic. great writing, I like what I’ve seen so far!
